As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across a TypeScript/Next.js and Node/Supabase stack, working directly with product managers to shape what gets built and how. The problems are genuinely hard: multiple healthcare verticals, prescription workflows, clinician tooling, and regulatory constraints across three jurisdictions mean that the technical decisions you make have real consequences for real patients.
