<div><div><div><div><div><p id="isPasted"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The position is responsible for sales of all Ebara Standard pump products and accessories within the defined OEM region. </p><p id="isPasted"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner, so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.</li><li>You are expected to act in a safe manner at all times and ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. At ALL times working safely is a condition of employment.</li><li>Identify and develop a strategy to secure and grow new and existing OEM accounts in the defined region utilizing pumps manufactured by Ebara.</li><li>Provide accurate forecasts for all products for identified OEM accounts.</li><li>Communicate regularly with Management and utilize tools provided to develop viable strategies to close new OEM accounts.</li><li>Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for tracking relevant calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities.</li><li>Provide timely submission of weekly and monthly required reports, including calendar, call reports and expense reports.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate tasks with support staff; applications, customer service and field service teams.</li><li>Develop and present product presentations utilizing samples and various tools provided by Ebara to promote the features and benefits of Ebara products and systems.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p id="isPasted"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Engineering or Technical Degree and/or 4 years of centrifugal pumps sales experience</li><li>Able to communicate via email and utilize software products available from Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to develop and lead group presentations.</li><li>History of success in achieving sales targets and goals.</li></ol><p id="isPasted"><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>This position requires employees to travel in several modes of private or public transportation including private auto, taxi, bus, train or airplane (>/=50%). In addition, employee will have their own work space in a home office environment. This environment is equipped with basic office equipment including a desk, chair, telephone, headset, and computer. Due to the nature of business activities, extended or a flexible work schedule is often required over the traditional 8 to 5 workday<em>. </em></p><p data-start="63" data-end="87" id="isPasted"><strong data-start="63" data-end="85">Location/Territory</strong></p><ul data-start="88" data-end="222"><li data-start="88" data-end="102"><p data-start="90" data-end="102"><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">ND, SD, NE, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, Western KY, IN, MI</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>Employee must be capable of normal office demands as well as travel via car and/or plane on a regular basis. Travel away from the home office a minimum of 60% of the time may be required to meet the defined sales objectives for the territory.
