This person will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </div><div>· Own the complete project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.<br><br> </div><div>· Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables, milestones, sprint plans, and actionable work items.<br><br> </div><div>· Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.<br><br> </div><div>· Manage multiple projects or workstreams while maintaining visibility across priorities and deadlines.<br><br> </div><div>· Identify delivery risks, technical blockers, resource constraints, and dependencies at an early stage.<br><br> </div><div>· Develop mitigation and contingency plans for identified risks.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.<br><br> </div><div>· Manage scope changes through a structured change-control process.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Agile and Sprint Management:</strong></div><div>· Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release-planning sessions.<br><br> </div><div>· Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure user stories include clear requirements, acceptance criteria, estimates, dependencies, and technical considerations.<br><br> </div><div>· Track sprint capacity, velocity, burndown, carryover work, and delivery predictability.<br><br> </div><div>· Remove delivery blockers and coordinate resolution across teams.<br><br> </div><div>· Promote practical Agile practices without introducing unnecessary process overhead.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Technical Coordination: </strong></div><div>· Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to understand system architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.<br><br> </div><div>· Facilitate technical discussions and ensure decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs are properly documented.<br><br> </div><div>· Coordinate frontend, backend, mobile, database, API, DevOps, cloud, security, and QA activities.<br><br> </div><div>· Understand REST APIs, databases, authentication, third-party integrations, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and production deployment processes.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, availability, logging, monitoring, and maintainability are considered.<br><br> </div><div>· Coordinate environment readiness across development, testing, UAT, staging, and production.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure technical documentation, deployment instructions, architecture diagrams, and operational handover materials are completed.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong></div><div>· Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.<br><br> </div><div>· Conduct requirement workshops, project reviews, demonstrations, and steering meetings.<br><br> </div><div>· Provide clear and accurate updates on progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, timelines, and budget.<br><br> </div><div>· Convert complex technical topics into business-friendly language.<br><br> </div><div>· Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate critical issues with appropriate context and recommended actions.<br><br> </div><div>· Maintain decision logs, risk registers, action trackers, and project status reports.<br><br> </div><div>· Coordinate with customers, vendors, implementation partners, and other external stakeholders when required.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Quality and Release Management:</strong><br><br> </div><div>· Work with QA teams to define testing strategy, test coverage, defect-management processes, and release acceptance criteria.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user-acceptance testing are planned appropriately.<br><br> </div><div>· Track defects and ensure critical issues are resolved before production releases.<br><br> </div><div>· Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, rollback planning, and go-live activities.<br><br> </div><div>· Facilitate go/no-go meetings and ensure required approvals are obtained.<br><br> </div><div>· Coordinate post-release validation, production monitoring, incident resolution, and lessons-learned reviews.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Governance and Reporting:</strong></div><div>· Maintain project plans, sprint dashboards, RAID logs, release plans, resource plans, and project documentation.<br><br> </div><div>· Track project health using measurable delivery, quality, risk, and financial indicators.<br><br> </div><div>· Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, vendor costs, and delivery forecasts where applicable.<br><br> </div><div>· Ensure adherence to organizational governance, security, privacy, compliance, and change-management requirements.<br><br> </div><div>· Continuously improve project-management and software-delivery processes.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><div>· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.<br><br> </div><div>· 5+ years of experience in technology project management, software delivery, or a related position.<br><br> </div><div>· Demonstrated experience managing software development projects involving web applications, mobile applications, cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise integrations.<br><br> </div><div>· Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project-management practices.<br><br> </div><div>· Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.<br><br> </div><div>· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps delivery practices.<br><br> </div><div>· Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.<br><br> </div><div>· Familiarity with application architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, security, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.<br><br> </div><div>· Experience using project-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms.<br><br> </div><div>· Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.<br><br> </div><div>· Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.<br><br> </div><div>· Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, and organizational skills.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><div>· PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or a similar certification.<br><br> </div><div>· Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ITIL, or DevOps certification.<br><br> </div><div>· Previous experience as a developer, business analyst, technical lead, solution architect, or QA professional.<br><br> </div><div>· Experience delivering SaaS, B2B, multi-tenant, AI-enabled, data, CRM, ERP, or integration-heavy solutions.<br><br> </div><div>· Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, .NET, SQL, NoSQL, microservices, and container-based deployments.<br><br> </div><div>· Experience managing third-party vendors and customer-facing implementation projects.<br><br> </div><div>· Understanding of application security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and cloud cost management.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Key
