In this role, you will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. If you thrive in a flexible, creative, and compassionate environment, we want you!<br><br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.</li> <li>Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.</li> <li>Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.</li> <li>Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.</li> <li>Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).</li> <li>Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.</li> <li>Attend clinical meetings and trainings.</li> <li>Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Required Qualifications:<br></strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.</li> <li>5+ years of clinical experience with LMFT-S, LPC-S, LCSW-S and supervisor training.</li> <li>Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.</li> <li>Comfortable working with diverse clients.</li> <li>Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).</li> <li>Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Please Note:</strong> Ellie clinics are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
