Virtual Receptionist at Emergency University

<p><span>We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from our clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.</span></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner</p> <p>- Provide information about our services and assist with registration and course enrollment</p> <p>- Schedule and confirm appointments for training sessions</p> <p>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions</p> <p>- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process</p> <p>- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism</p> <p>- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred</p> <p>- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role</p> <p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>- Strong organizational and time management skills</p> <p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Skype)</p> <p>- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision</p> <p>- Knowledge of emergency training or healthcare industry is a plus</p> <p>Contract Details:</p> <p>The Virtual Receptionist will work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
