This role oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, a Talent Research Partner, and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, ensuring consistent delivery of a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>This position is open to in-office or fully remote candidates <strong>in the Denver Metro Area.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.</li><li>Ensure workload balance, prioritization, and resource alignment across requisitions and business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Talent Acquisition Strategy &amp; Workforce Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with the HR Director and business leaders to develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with EEI's growth plans.</li><li>Build recruiting capacity plans and recomment structure, tools, or process improvements to support growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Recruiting Excellence &amp; Candidate Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a consistent, high-quality, white-glove candidate experience across all roles.</li><li>Oversee full-cycle recruiting while directly supporting select high-priority or complex roles.</li></ul><p><strong>Employer Brand &amp; Pipeline Development</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a cultural ambassador for EEI, ensuring our values, professionalism, and people-first philosophy are reflected in every candidate interaction.</li><li>Represent EEI at career fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.</li></ul><p><strong>Hiring Manager Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring leaders across the orgnization.</li><li>Train hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Important Things</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with HR team members to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned with broader people strategies and employee experience goals.</li><li>Lead with a solution-oriented, relationship-centered mindset.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications</strong></u></p><ul><li>7+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or managment experience.</li><li>Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles (engineering, commissioning, or related fields preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated experience building or scaling recruiting functions, processes, or teams.</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and senior leaders.</li><li>Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analystics, and reporting.</li><li>Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and corporate governance.</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis..</li></ul><p><u><strong>Benefits:</strong></u></p><p>Taking care of our people is our highest priority.
