A Day in the Life

Partner with the Director, CRM to evaluate and optimize the underlying data architecture of the HubSpot platform, including object structures, properties, associations, and data flow
Design, build, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows that support marketing automation, lifecycle stage management, and cross-functional business processes
Develop and refine segmentation strategies and active/static lists to ensure accurate, scalable targeting across email, SMS, and other CRM-driven channels
Build and optimize custom reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insight into campaign and program performance
Audit existing HubSpot configurations (properties, workflows, lists, and reports) to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation
