You’ll lead day-to-day relationships, steer projects from kickoff through delivery, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on balancing multiple priorities, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering a seamless client experience, you’ll fit right in.</p><p></p>Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.</li><li>Lead meetings, prepare presentations, and keep everyone informed and aligned.</li><li>Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that come up promptly and professionally.</li><li>Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping craft compelling proposals.</li><li>Encourage a positive team environment where communication and collaboration thrive.</li></ul> <ul><li>4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment, with client management experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.</li></ul><p></p><p>Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000</p>
