If you’re organized, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting others, this could be your next opportunity.</p><p>Why You’ll Love This Role:</p><ul><li> Remote schedule</li><li> Make a Difference: Help build the teams that drive FSSI’s services in a secure, innovative, and client-focused environment.</li><li> Employee Ownership: Through our ESOP, you’ll have a real stake in FSSI’s success and future growth.</li><li> Make an Impact: As a recruiter at FSSI, you’ll play a key role in helping candidates build meaningful careers with a stable company where they can grow professionally, contribute to innovative projects, and share in long-term success as employee-owners. </li></ul><p></p><p>Your Essential Duties:</p><ul><li> Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and support hiring for mid-level, production, and office positions across the company.</li><li> Candidate Coordination: Arrange interviews, communicate with applicants, and ensure a professional candidate experience.</li><li> Hiring Process Management: Coordinate backgrounds, clinic/testing steps, employment verifications, reference checks, and ensure all hiring documentation is complete and compliant.</li><li> Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates throughout the hiring process.</li><li> Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li> Process Improvement: Support ongoing efforts to enhance FSSI’s recruiting processes and candidate experience.</li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p><ul> <li>Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support</li> <li>A bachelors degree, or equivalent years of relevant experience, required.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Professional approach to confidential candidate and company information.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and OneDrive and SharePoint; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.</li> <li>A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Ready to help shape the future of Team FSSI?
