Market Intelligence & Proposal Support • Monitor broadband, telecommunications, and professional services industry trends. • Provide insights into competitor activity, market opportunities, and emerging client needs. • Oversee proposal development for large and complex opportunities, ensuring alignment with client objectives. • Leverage market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Opportunity, Revenue & Financial Oversight • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for assigned regions or accounts. • Maintain CRM including accurate and regular updates of the CRM system with required Client and project data.    • Provide requested Client and project updates, account reviews, quarterly reports.   • Evaluate pricing strategies, revenue models, and financial performance of business development initiatives. • Ensure that all proposals, contracts, and agreements maximize profitability and align with company strategy. • Perform other related duties, as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or combination of post-secondary education and directly related work experience in a related field.   Experience: Required: • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account support, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or professional services. • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting ideas and coordinating discussions internally. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Vantagepoint) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
