Flourish (<a target="_blank" href="https://flourish.health/">https://flourish.health/</a>) is here to ensure that everybody gets the same access to great care.</p><h4>About the Position</h4><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a startup operator who is skilled at cross-functional collaboration to support the day-to-day tasks of the People Operations team.</p><p>You are a great fit for this role if you are organized, efficient, and passionate about creating positive employee experiences for a diverse, dynamic organization. You will provide administrative support across various People Ops functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee onboarding/offboarding, and other general HR administrative activities.</p><h4>Role Responsibilities</h4><h6>People Ops Administrative Support</h6><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate and compliant employee files, records, and HR data through regular audits</p></li><li><p>Support the performance review cycle and assist with benefits administration as needed</p></li><li><p>Respond to employee HR inquiries, modeling Flourish values in challenging moments</p></li><li><p>Support additional projects as assigned</p></li></ul><h6>Recruitment Support</h6><ul><li><p>Maintain candidate tracking system, evaluate resumes, and conduct initial candidate screens</p></li><li><p>Coordinate assigned hiring workflows and interview schedules with hiring managers</p></li><li><p>Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and systems setup</p></li><li><p>Drive our reference check best practices</p></li></ul><h6>Onboarding & Offboarding</h6><ul><li><p>Facilitate consistent and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes</p></li><li><p>Prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation schedules</p></li><li><p>Provide direct support to new employees during their onboarding period</p></li><li><p>Own the 45 day and 90 day structured check-in process</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth offboarding processes including return of company property</p></li></ul><h6>Additional Duties</h6><ul><li><p>Event planning and attendance at 2+ company events per year</p></li><li><p>Additional duties and projects as assigned</p></li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><h6>Required:</h6><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable experience in the field</p></li><li><p>1-2 years of experience in an HR support role</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately</p></li></ul><h6>Preferred:</h6><ul><li><p>Knowledge of HRIS systems</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws</p></li><li><p>Experience with applicant tracking systems</p></li><li><p>HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM) a plus</p></li></ul><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Schedule can be 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm EST.
