The platform supports customer-facing and operational billing capabilities for Ford Credit and Ford Pro across online, print, and other critical servicing channels.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 116%;">This role is a Group Product Manager / LL6-level role, requiring enterprise-level ownership across multiple high-priority strategic programs, including the modernization of our core auto-lending platforms and the enablement of advanced commercial fleet invoicing. The Group Product Manager will operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead complex stakeholder alignment, influence core architectural and design decisions across engineering teams, and represent the Billing and Statements product organization in senior-level steering committees and executive forums.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 116%;">The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise platform product management experience, deep billing or financial services domain knowledge, technical fluency with microservices and data pipelines, and a proven ability to lead complex, highly regulated initiatives. This person must balance a seamless customer presentation and paperless experience with strict regulatory and compliance controls, engineering feasibility, and platform reuse.</span></span></p>
