font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;"><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Engineer, implement, and support Privileged Access Management services across enterprise environments.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Onboard applications, systems, credentials, and roles into PAM platforms.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and maintain secure, scalable, and automated access control solutions.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support enterprise IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and related services.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance platform availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop automation solutions using scripting and API integrations.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Monitor platform health using observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Investigate and resolve security, reliability, and operational incidents within established service level agreements.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Participate in infrastructure upgrades, testing, deployments, and change management processes.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with global teams, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve platform services.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security standards.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on security, automation, and service reliability.</li></ul></div> <h3>Qualifications</h3><div style="font-family: "Segoe UI"; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;"><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">5+ years of overall IT experience.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">2+ years of Security Engineering, Security Operations, IAM, or PAM experience.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with Windows and Linux administration.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure environments.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Basic scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or other enterprise PAM platforms.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Intune.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud IAM services.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring and observability tools.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with OpenShift, VMware vSphere, SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience working in a globally distributed team environment.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf"><p>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.</p><p>#LI-MF2</p></li></ul></div>
