We are hiring for a PRN to <strong>start immediately</strong>, and we work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience.<br><br> </div> <div>Fox Health was founded on the belief that <strong>every team member matters</strong>. We’re looking for therapists who are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable speaking up in an ever-evolving healthcare environment.<br><br> </div> <div><strong>Role </strong></div> <div>This position is for a <strong>contract telehealth PRN</strong> serving children.</div> <div> <br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong> </div> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices</li> <li>Manage a caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges</li> <li>Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals</li> <li>Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements</li> <li>Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover</li> <li>Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards</li> <li>Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture</li> <li>Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development</li> </ul> <div> <strong>How we help our therapists</strong><br>We want our providers to be completely dedicated to their patients without worrying about administrative work; therefore, Fox Health we will handle:</div> <ul> <li>Case building</li> <li>Record keeping and communications with families</li> <li>Coordination (scheduling, rescheduling and confirming sessions)</li> <li>Physician approvals and Insurance authorizations</li> </ul> <div><strong>Compensation Structure</strong></div> <div>Compensation Structure: $15/unit for treatment, $60/evaluation.
