How you'll make an impact Investment Consulting provides a variety of high-quality services to clients through structured engagements. These services include: Strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, performance measurement and evaluation, investment monitoring and reporting, custodian selection, transition advice, statements of investment policy and global research services. Primarily focused on providing investment consulting services for assigned client accounts or projects, typically of a large or highly complex nature. As recognized masters in investment consulting, role incumbent(s) are seen as active thought leaders in the market and manages and delivers complex practice/research area work and client projects. Efficiently manages internal resources, escalating issues as needed, to allow for effective handling of multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously; Aids in achieving revenue goals and participates in new business presentations as needed; Oversees investment and investment manager research and/or research into operational tools and systems. May serve as a mentor or guide to other professionals within the investment consulting family. Serves as a point of escalation for client and account issues. Creates account strategies and influences project plans. May act as a formal supervisor where required by regulation. Acts a proposition lead. Responsible for making significant recommendations or implementing solutions to enhance returns, better manager risks and improve client satisfaction using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation. Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems. Problems span a wide range of difficult and unique issues across multiple assets/investments and client accounts. Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership. May lead client project/ engagement teams. May formally train junior staff. About You Required: Bachelor's degree; 8 years related experience. Able and willing to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, where required by role. Strong knowledge of finance and investment theory and practice and the ability to apply this knowledge to client work. Desired: MBA or FIA/FFA/CFA certification/accreditation. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
