This position combines the responsibilities of a developer, IT administrator, and digital process consultant, ensuring that technology tools support the company&#39;s strategic goals and operational efficiency.</span></p><h1><span style="font-size: 14px;">Core Responsibilities</span></h1><h2><span style="font-size: 14px;">1. Zoho Administration &amp; Development</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho FSM, and other Zoho modules.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Develop custom functions using Deluge, APIs, and automation workflows.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and other business applications.</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 14px;">2. IT Support &amp; Troubleshooting</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">Address and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Maintain system security and ensure all IT systems remain up to date.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Monitor and optimize the performance of computers, systems, and digital platforms.</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 14px;">3. Digital Project Management</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">Analyze internal processes and recommend improvements through Zoho and other technology solutions.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Lead the implementation of new applications and system modules.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Train employees on the proper use of Zoho and other digital tools.</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 14px;">4.
