Our licensed providers deliver virtual therapy and medical services to more than four million students, at school or at home, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. As a member of Hazel’s Mental Health team, you will help expand access to evidence-based care in schools across Hawaii.</p> <h3 data-start="1072" data-end="1083">The Role</h3> <p data-start="1085" data-end="1462">We are seeking independently licensed therapists in Hawaii who are passionate about working with children and families. In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.</p> <h3 data-start="1621" data-end="1634">Schedule</h3> <p data-start="1635" data-end="1728">Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Hawaii hours:<br data-start="1690" data-end="1693">Monday–Saturday: 6:00AM - 8:00PM</p> <h3 data-start="1753" data-end="1770">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1774" data-end="1853">Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families</li> <li data-start="1856" data-end="1974">Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities</li> <li data-start="1977" data-end="2092">Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform</li> <li data-start="2095" data-end="2163">Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2170" data-end="2195">Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li data-start="2199" data-end="2296">Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in Hawaii (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)</li> <li data-start="2299" data-end="2369">Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families</li> <li data-start="2372" data-end="2480">Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches</li> <li data-start="2483" data-end="2564">Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice</li> <li data-start="2567" data-end="2633">Committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care</li> </ul> <p data-start="2635" data-end="2731">If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.</p> <h3 data-start="2738" data-end="2755">Compensation</h3> <p data-start="2756" data-end="2771">$80 per session</p> <h3><strong>Benefits </strong></h3> <ul> <li>12 company holidays</li> <li>Accrued Sick Time</li> <li>401k program</li> <li>EAP</li> <li>Malpractice insurance</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2773" data-end="2776"> <h2 data-start="2778" data-end="2814">Licensing & Location Requirements</h2> <p data-start="2816" data-end="3092">Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided.
