The leader of ESG at Ichor provides enterprise leadership for Ichor's Environmental, Social and Governance strategy, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.</span></span></p><p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader partners across the enterprise to develop and execute strategies that strengthen Ichor's long-term business performance, reputation, and commitment to responsible corporate citizenship. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, customers, investors, and the Board of Directors, translating evolving stakeholder expectations into practical business strategies that
