<p>As a <strong>Senior Manager, Product Launch</strong> at Vynamic, you will serve as a trusted advisor to life sciences clients, leading complex product launch and commercialization engagements from strategy through execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies, establish governance, optimize operating models, and guide cross-functional execution across the commercialization lifecycle.</p> <p>As the engagement leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes while coaching consulting teams, cultivating client relationships, contributing to business development, and advancing Vynamic's Product Launch capabilities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Product Launch Engagements:</strong> Serve as the engagement lead for strategic product launch consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong team performance, and exceptional client outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Executive Client Partnership:</strong> Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the commercialization lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Launch Strategy &amp; Readiness:</strong> Design and lead integrated launch strategies, launch readiness assessments, governance models, and cross-functional planning efforts that enable successful product launches.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other client functions to align priorities and drive execution.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Analysis &amp; Recommendations:</strong> Be mindful of and understand market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and organizational capabilities to develop actionable recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Project Leadership &amp; Risk Management:</strong> Lead engagement planning, proactively manage risks and issues, facilitate executive decision-making, and ensure successful project execution.</li> <li><strong>People Development:</strong> Mentor and coach consultants, providing ongoing feedback and creating opportunities for professional growth.</li> <li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Support proposal development, thought leadership, and client relationship expansion to grow Vynamic's Product Launch practice.</li> <li><strong>Practice Development:</strong> Contribute to methodologies, intellectual capital, and best practices that strengthen Vynamic's commercialization and launch offerings.</li> <li><strong>Inclusive Leadership:</strong> Foster an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration drives innovative client solutions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Join Vynamic?</strong></p> <p>At Vynamic, we believe in leading with authenticity, purpose, and passion.
