We're looking for driven outbound recruiters to identify and engage highly specialized professionals for our highest-priority projects.</p> <p>Your mission is to find exceptional domain experts (PhDs, researchers, academics, and senior industry practitioners) in fields like scientific computing, cybersecurity, finance, engineering, mathematics, and other specialized disciplines. These experts apply their knowledge to create high-quality evaluations, verification tasks, and domain-specific training environments that improve the capabilities of next-generation AI models.</p> <p>This isn't volume recruiting. It's precision hunting for the best minds in the world, on behalf of the projects that matter most.
