The right candidate will be responsible for growing and fostering attorney relationships by sharing the benefits of our technology, and the value of working with our company. The Business Development Executive will provide law firms with training, updates on new services and features, and maintaining current and future law firm relationships. This is a remote position, based in the Salt Lake City, UT and is responsible for managing territories in the surrounding areas.</p><p>Candidates must currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Develops and builds relationships with attorneys and law firms</li><li>Reaches out to attorneys and sets schedule of weekly meetings</li><li>Develops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the business</li><li>Engages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technology</li><li>Responsible for all attorney contact including follow up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs technology</li><li>Assists and schedules plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients</li><li>Develop and strengthen relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms across the assigned Region</li><li>Promote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions</li><li>Generate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial</li><li>Schedule and conduct weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firms</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication to keep Libra Solutions top-of-mind</li><li>Train firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions</li><li>Assist with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up needs</li><li>Maintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems</li><li>Collaborate internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams</li></ul> <ul><li>High School or GED required</li><li>JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus</li><li>Paralegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plus</li><li>Experience working with attorneys or other professionals a plus</li><li>Must currently live in the Salt Lake City area</li><li>No relocation considered</li><li>Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation</li><li>Must be organized, confident and passionate</li><li>Ability to travel (60% travel/ 40% remote office)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive success</li><li>Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and Outlook</li></ul> <p>We believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
