<p>Description</p><p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Project Manager to</p><p>join our operations leadership team. This role requires a dynamic professional capable of</p><p>overseeing massive multi-site retail and AV rollouts from initial proposal to final invoice. You will</p><p>serve as the hub of your projects—coordinating field technicians, managing supply chain</p><p>logistics, building estimates, and collaborating with our internal accounting and business</p><p>development teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Planning & Execution</strong></p><p><br/></p><p> - Plan, schedule, and execute complex, high-volume multi-site rollouts (ranging from 100</p><p>to 1,500+ locations) for enterprise retail and corporate clients.</p><p> - Develop aggressive but realistic project timelines, capacity plans, and installation paces</p><p>to meet strict client deadlines.</p><p> - Coordinate complex project logistics, including warehousing, material kitting, and</p><p>staggered drop-shipments to align with technician arrival dates.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Estimating & Financial Management</strong></p><p> - Develop comprehensive project proposals and formal quotes based on site surveys and</p><p>client scopes of work.</p><p> - Accurately estimate costs for varying labor conditions (day vs. overnight/after-hours</p><p>rates), travel and trip charges, minor materials, and heavy equipment rentals (e.g.,</p><p>scissor lifts).</p><p> - Monitor project profitability and ensure all change orders or scope adjustments are</p><p>captured and billed appropriately.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Vendor & Technician Management</strong></p><p> - Source, negotiate with, and onboard regional field technicians and subcontractors to</p><p>transition them to direct partnerships.</p><p> - Oversee the vendor compliance process, ensuring all active partners have signed</p><p>MSAs, W-9s, and up-to-date Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on file.</p><p> - Dispatch work orders to field teams, track their daily progress, and provide technical or</p><p>logistical troubleshooting support as needed.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership & Administration</strong></p><p><br/></p><p> - Act as the primary operational liaison between Business Development, Accounting, and</p><p>the Client.</p><p> - Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing bottlenecks, ensuring field teams submit the</p><p>exact documentation (serial numbers, task IDs, photos) required for specific client</p><p>invoicing portals.</p><p> - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline inter-departmental</p><p>workflows and improve the speed of invoice approvals.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p> - 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in facility maintenance, AV</p><p>installations, or multi-site retail rollouts.</p><p> - Strong financial acumen with proven experience building complex project estimates and</p><p>proposals.</p><p> - Extensive experience managing and onboarding third-party contractors, subcontractors,</p><p>and direct technicians.</p><p> - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage hundreds of moving parts</p><p>(shipments, tech schedules, store openings) simultaneously.</p><p> - Proficiency in tracking projects through CRM/Project Management software (e.g.,</p><p>Salesforce) and managing spreadsheet-based invoicing.</p>
