Through voice and chat experiences, Eaze prioritizes user well-being by fostering a trusted, respectful, and secure community.</p><p></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Associate – Trust &amp; Safety to help maintain a safe and trusted experience for our users. In this role, you will review and moderate user interactions, enforce community guidelines, identify policy violations, and ensure a high standard of platform safety and quality.</p><p>Working closely with the Trust &amp; Safety team, you will play a key role in protecting users, improving moderation processes, and upholding the integrity of the Eaze community.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review and moderate audio, chat, and user interactions in line with Eaze's community guidelines and safety policies.</li><li>Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action on abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating content and behavior.</li><li>Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams for timely resolution.</li><li>Review user reports, appeals, and flagged conversations to ensure fair and consistent moderation decisions.</li><li>Conduct quality audits of moderated conversations and maintain accurate moderation records.</li><li>Monitor moderation trends and provide insights to improve platform safety, policies, and user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality, and Trust &amp; Safety teams to strengthen moderation processes.</li><li>Handle sensitive content with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while adhering to platform standards.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li></ul><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in Trust &amp; Safety, Content Moderation, Community Moderation, Quality Audit, Customer Support, or similar roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of online safety, community guidelines, and content moderation practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Malayalam (Read, Write &amp; Speak mandatory).</li><li>Comfortable reviewing sensitive or emotionally challenging content while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and moderation or ticketing platforms.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to make consistent moderation decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with Trust &amp; Safety operations for social, chat, voice, or community-based platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with moderation dashboards, QA tools, or ticketing systems.</li><li>Understanding of abuse detection, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Join Eaze?</p><ul><li>Build a safer and more trusted digital community with meaningful user impact.</li><li>Work on large-scale Trust &amp; Safety operations and help shape platform safety standards.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in content moderation, policy enforcement, and community operations.</li><li>Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment with significant learning and growth opportunities.</li><li>Make a meaningful difference by fostering healthier, safer, and more respectful online interactions.</li></ul>
