We’re hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to manage and grow our client-facing communities while supporting daily engagement, client communication, lead identification, and relationship management across multiple platforms.

If you’re a proactive communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing a company leader online, this role is your opportunity to take ownership of a multi-platform community presence and help turn everyday interactions into stronger client relationships and business opportunities.

This is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity where you’ll work closely with global leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams while managing communities and client interactions across multiple platforms and time zones.

Role Summary:

As the Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day presence and engagement across Facebook, SKOOL, Discord, and other client-facing communities. You’ll respond to comments, posts, and direct messages, identify existing clients and potential leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and escalate issues that require immediate attention.

You’ll also represent the account owner’s voice and communication style, requiring a high level of discretion, professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is someone who can consistently monitor multiple platforms, engage authentically with online communities, identify opportunities or issues quickly, and ensure that every important interaction is properly documented and routed to the appropriate team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor Facebook, SKOOL, Discord, BNB & Legacy, and other assigned communities on a daily basis.

· Engage with community members through likes, comments, replies, and direct messages, maintaining an authentic and professional presence.

· Respond to client inquiries and community interactions in the voice and tone of the account owner.

· Monitor and identify client questions, concerns, potential leads, and other interactions requiring follow-up.

· Research client records in Salesforce or the assigned CRM before responding to verify client status and relevant account information.

· Differentiate existing clients from new leads and route each interaction to the appropriate team or process.

· Escalate urgent client issues and inquiries to the appropriate Team Lead or internal stakeholder through Slack.

· Monitor for competitor mentions and other potentially sensitive interactions that may require escalation.

· Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure client issues and opportunities are handled appropriately.

· Support lead handoffs by identifying warm opportunities and ensuring relevant information is communicated to the Sales team.

· Support community growth by joining relevant Facebook and SKOOL groups and identifying potential networking and partnership opportunities as directed.

· Track new contacts, proposals, interactions, and follow-up requirements to maintain visibility across community activities.

· Maintain accurate daily documentation of platforms and groups monitored, interactions, issues, and outstanding items.

· Identify and report platform restrictions, access issues, or other account risks that could affect community engagement.

· Maintain clean handoff records so that other team members can easily understand what has been completed, what is pending, and what requires follow-up.

Must-Have Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, virtual assistance, customer support, or a similar client-facing role.

· Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and adapt to a specific brand or individual's voice.

· Demonstrated experience managing Facebook communities, groups, pages, or similar social platforms.

· Comfortable working with SKOOL, Discord, Slack, Facebook, or similar online community platforms.

· Basic to intermediate experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar client databases.

· Strong attention to detail and consistency, particularly when managing repetitive daily activities across multiple platforms.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.

· Strong judgment and discretion when representing a company leader or communicating with clients on their behalf.

· Proactive communicator who can identify issues and escalate them quickly rather than waiting for direction.

· Experience using Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking and reporting.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience in real estate, business, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, or related online communities.

· Previous experience working with US-based clients or teams.

· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

· Experience managing or moderating SKOOL, Discord, Facebook Groups, or membership communities.

· Familiarity with lead generation, sales handoffs, or client relationship management.

· Experience working as a Social Media VA, Community Manager, Executive VA, or Client Success VA.

· Understanding of social media platform policies and account-risk considerations.

Reporting Line and Working Pattern:

· Reports to: Team Lead / Social Media Operations Lead

· Fully remote, Philippines-based.

· Must be available to collaborate with US-based teams and stakeholders.

· Requires consistent daily monitoring of assigned communities and platforms.
