Ability to flex up and down depending on student volumes. Summer hours are available but not required. Great model!"</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We're Looking For:</strong> We are seeking an WI licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual therapy to college students. This is a fully remote position within the US. We are eager to welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our commitment to making mental health care accessible and affordable for students across the United States.</p> <p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p> <ul> <li>$141 for 60-minutes intakes, $49 for 30-minutes follow-ups</li> <li>$47 for all no-show intakes, $25 for all no-show follow-ups</li> <li>$100 per hour for attending NP collaborative meetings and all hands meetings</li> </ul> <p><strong>As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments.</li> <li>Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments.</li> <li>Engage with patients through our collaboration portal.</li> <li>Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers.</li> <li>Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination.</li> <li>Partner with our care navigation team to support students.</li> <li>Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans when necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hold a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in WI.
