If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and have a passion for accuracy and organization, we want to hear from you!</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers</li> <li>Verify provider licenses, certifications, education, and work history through primary source verification</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records in credentialing databases and systems</li> <li>Coordinate with medical staff, provider relations, and health plan partners to ensure timely credentialing approvals</li> <li>Monitor expiring credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure ongoing compliance</li> <li>Prepare and submit credentialing applications to health plans, hospitals, and managed care organizations</li> <li>Respond to credentialing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in provider documentation</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>Prior experience in medical credentialing, provider enrollment, or a related healthcare administrative role</li> <li>Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, or JCAHO credentialing standards preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential provider information with discretion and professionalism</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination</li> <li>Must be located in the Pacific Timezone</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>MedPOINT Management is a leading Independent Physician Association (IPA) management services organization based in Sherman Oaks, CA, dedicated to supporting high-quality, coordinated patient care across Southern California.
