We are looking for mission-aligned leaders to lend their credibility, high-level perspective, and guidance.</p> <p>Who We Are Looking For (Two Tracks)</p><p>We are inviting experts who qualify under either of the following:</p><ul><li>Executive & Governance Track:</li><ul><li>Current or former Founders, CEOs, or Board Members of notable organisations.</li><li>Senior leaders from relevant NGOs, non-profits, or government bodies focused on public health, mental health advocacy, social impact or relevant.</li></ul><li>Clinical & Psychiatric Track:</li><ul><li>Licensed or registered Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists or similar. </li><li>Practitioners passionate about digital health ethics, professional standards, and expanding access to free mental health resources.</li></ul></ul><p></p><p>Role Expectations & Commitments</p><ul><li>Low Operational Friction: Designed specifically for busy executives and active clinicians. No daily or weekly operational deliverables.</li><li>Annual Advisory Meeting: Participate in 1-2 formal advisory session per year to review strategic direction and platform standards.</li><li>Event & Ambassador Representation: Occasionally join us at select industry conferences, community meetups, or sponsored events.</li></ul> <p>Compensation, Perks & Travel</p><ul><li>Paid Meetings: $140/hour for all advisory sessions and consulting meetings.</li><li>All-Expenses-Paid Travel: All flights, hotel accommodations, and logistics for annual meetings or sponsored trips are 100% covered by MindFriend.</li><li>High-Profile Visibility: Featured as a trusted Board Advisor across MindFriend.com, our public directories, pitch decks, and brand materials.</li></ul>
