The successful candidate will drive recurring and new revenue growth by helping partners deliver measurable value to manufacturers through Minitab’s solutions for quality improvement, process optimization, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.</p> <p data-start="998" data-end="1344">The Senior Partner Account Manager will align regional partner strategy with Minitab’s global go-to-market plans while developing and executing annual partner business development plans. This role plays a critical part in expanding Minitab’s footprint within manufacturing by strengthening partner capabilities and accelerating solution adoption.</p> <h3 data-start="1346" partner ecosystem focused on manufacturing customers across Mexico and Central America</p> </li> <li data-start="1499" data-end="1683"> <p data-start="1501" data-end="1683">Drive revenue growth by expanding partner-led opportunities within manufacturing industries.</p> </li> <li data-start="1499" data-end="1683"> <p data-start="1501" data-end="1683">Recruit and onboard new strategic partners with strong manufacturing expertise and customer access</p> </li> <li data-start="1787" data-end="1950"> <p data-start="1789" data-end="1950">Lead partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners can effectively position Minitab for quality, process improvement, and operational performance use cases</p> </li> <li data-start="1951" data-end="2051"> <p data-start="1953" data-end="2051">Collaborate with internal sales and services teams to support complex manufacturing sales cycles</p> </li> <li data-start="2052" data-end="2169"> <p data-start="2054" data-end="2169">Develop and execute annual go-to-market strategy</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2323" data-end="2345">Required Experience</h3> <ul data-start="2347" data-end="2946"> <li data-start="2347" data-end="2447"> <p data-start="2349" data-end="2447">10+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software markets</p> </li> <li data-start="2448" data-end="2538"> <p data-start="2450" data-end="2538">Demonstrated success managing average annual partner revenue targets exceeding $1M USD</p> </li> <li data-start="2539" data-end="2617"> <p data-start="2541" data-end="2617">Proven track record of achieving 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas</p> </li> <li data-start="2618" data-end="2735"> <p data-start="2620" data-end="2735">Experience working collaboratively with direct sales and services teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals</p> </li> <li data-start="2736" data-end="2830"> <p data-start="2738" data-end="2830">Experience supporting manufacturing customers or partners serving manufacturing industries</p> </li> <li data-start="2831" data-end="2874"> <p data-start="2833" data-end="2874">Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)</p> </li> <li data-start="2875" data-end="2922"> <p data-start="2877" data-end="2922">Ability to travel internationally up to 50%</p> </li> <li data-start="2923" data-end="2946"> <p data-start="2925"
