This is not a surface-level role - it requires confidence above all else. You must be able to challenge the clients and be certain of your own competence as a coach.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who has spent significant time coaching individuals or couples through marital conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, and reconciliation.</p><p>You hold space for difficult conversations, offer direct yet compassionate guidance, and translate complex emotional dynamics into clear, actionable steps.</p>What You'll DoCoaching &amp; Client Support<ul><li>Deliver brief and strategic 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on relational dynamics, emotional regulation, effective communication, and personal accountability</li><li>Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks</li><li>Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, and leadership</li></ul>Client Experience &amp; Retention<ul><li>Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys by identifying resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments</li><li>Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis</li><li>Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcome.</li></ul><p>We Encourage You to Apply If</p><ul><li>You're willing to prioritize the Marriage Reset framework over your own existing coaching/therapy methodology.</li><li>You welcome direct feedback and having your coaching reviewed.</li><li>You thrive following a defined process and standards rather than coaching loosely.</li><li>You take ownership and examine what you could do differently rather than blaming clients for lack of progress.</li><li>You're comfortable holding men accountable while maintaining empathy and professionalism.</li><li>You're committed to becoming exceptional at this work, not looking for a casual side gig.</li><li>You understand that being a good listener alone doesn't make someone a great coach.</li></ul> Experience<ul><li>Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation</li><li>Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress — balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Strong verbal skills - able to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way</li><li>Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics</li></ul>Operational<ul><li>Organised, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program</li></ul>Coaching Expertise<ul><li>Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required.
