Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in issuing purchase orders to approved suppliers after required approvals are obtained.
Maintain accurate purchase order information in the ERP system, including delivery dates and status updates.
Obtain competitive quotes from vendors to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Communicate with suppliers regarding open orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials needed by field crews.
