You will partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to move priorities from strategy to execution while supporting Nemours’ mission to help create the healthiest generations of children.</p><h1>Why This Role Matters</h1><p>The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted driver of enterprise change. You will help define scope, manage complex workstreams, anticipate risks, guide decision-making, and ensure initiatives are delivered with discipline, transparency, and measurable impact. Your work will directly support clinical, operational, technical, and facilities teams across a nationally recognized pediatric health system.</p><h1>What You’ll Do</h1><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant strategic impact.</li><li>Build integrated project and program structures across multiple objectives, dependencies, and workstreams.</li><li>Partner with executive stakeholders to shape project scope, outcomes, governance, and strategic direction.</li><li>Drive alignment across clinical, operational, technical, facilities, finance, and vendor teams.</li><li>Lead organizational change management efforts that support adoption, readiness, and sustainable results.</li><li>Use data, project health indicators, and risk insights to inform executive governance and prioritization decisions.</li><li>Manage project budgets, procurement strategy, SOW development, vendor selection, and third-party partner performance.</li><li>Support initiatives involving construction timelines, regulatory requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational readiness.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior project managers while modeling PMO standards and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h1>What We’re Looking For</h1><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.</li><li>8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in a complex healthcare, enterprise, technology, construction, or transformation environment.</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification required.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.</li><li>Strong experience managing risk, dependencies, budgets, governance forums, and cross-functional delivery teams.</li><li>Experience with Epic, Oracle, mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, or infrastructure initiatives is highly valued.</li><li>Exceptional communication, facilitation, analysis, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.</li></ul><h1>Why Nemours</h1><p>At Nemours, you will be part of a mission-driven pediatric health system committed to going well beyond medicine.
