Our team is committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where individuals can grow and succeed.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0in;">The Strategic Account Manager plays a key role in supporting the processing of Strategic Partner transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of documentation and communications. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with strong communication and analytical skills, a thorough understanding of the Working Capital Loan industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Transaction Processing:</strong> Accurately process transactions originated by Strategic Partners from Application Submission through Funding process, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place and compliant with company policies.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Relationship Management: </strong>Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Strategic Partners.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Data Entry & Documentation:</strong> Input transaction data into systems, review Partner submissions, and verify that all necessary forms and supporting materials are complete and accurate.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Partner Communication:</strong> Serve as a point of contact for Partners, answering queries related to transactions, offers, status updates, or procedural issues.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Document Preparation & Compliance:</strong> Ensure all necessary documentation for loan renewals is prepared, accurately according to company’s sales, credit and compliance policies.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Record Keeping:</strong> Maintain detailed and organized records of all Partner transactions and interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0in;"><br></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>System Updates:</strong> Monitor and update internal systems to reflect the latest transaction statuses and ensure accurate reporting.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Sales leadership, Underwriting and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process while resolving any issues or escalated concerns related to Partner transactions.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Problem Resolution:</strong> Assist Partners in resolving transaction issues, discrepancies, or concerns, offering timely solutions.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall Partner experience.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in Sales or Operations in the Small Business Finance industry, with a strong understanding of Working Capital Loans.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong> </strong></p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Skills/Attributes:</strong></p><div style="margin-left:0in;"><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 30.5px;"><li style="margin-left:0in;">Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage Partner relationships effectively.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Knowledge of Working Capital Loan products and industry standards.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Proactive and self-motivated.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>
