In this highly visible role, you'll own product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling campaigns, and partner across the organization to help drive loan growth and member engagement.</p><p>While lending marketing is your primary focus, you'll also be a valued member of our collaborative marketing team, contributing to broader campaigns and strategic initiatives that support the Credit Union's continued growth.</p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><h3>Lead Lending Marketing Strategy</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mortgage, HELOC, consumer, and ancillary lending products.</li><li>Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and member communications across multiple marketing channels.</li><li>Own lending product landing pages and digital content, ensuring messaging remains current and aligned with active promotions.</li><li>Build lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage prospective and existing borrowers throughout their financial journey.</li><li>Manage the lending marketing calendar to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver measurable results.</li></ul><h3>Collaborate Across the Organization</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Partner with Lending, Compliance, Business Development, Branch teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to leverage competitive research and market insights that strengthen product positioning.</li><li>Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable regulations, including lending-related compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3>Support Enterprise Marketing Initiatives</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Develop creative campaigns that support membership growth and community engagement.</li><li>Write and edit marketing content for print, digital, email, social media, website, and other communication channels.</li><li>Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to successfully execute marketing projects.</li><li>Monitor marketing trends, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><p>We're seeking an experienced marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution.</p><p><strong>Qualifications include:</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience with expertise in product marketing and campaign development.</li><li>Experience marketing financial products, preferably within a Credit Union or financial institution.</li><li>Strong background in mortgage, HELOC, consumer lending, or related financial products strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven success developing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Exceptional copywriting and content development skills across multiple marketing channels.</li><li>Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience partnering across business units.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to improve campaign performance.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul><h2>Why Join Us?</h2><p>At our Credit Union, you'll have the opportunity to shape marketing strategies that directly impact our members' financial well-being.
