Over 25 years, including 13 as Managing Director.</li> <li>Prior Experience? Has worked with NM for most of his adult life, beyond college.</li> <li>Passionate About? Grew up on a farm, enjoys serving people, working with numbers, and spending time with his wife, Keri, and their four teenage children. He loves hunting, fishing, and living on his 43-acre "fun farm."</li> </ul><div><strong>Lexie Meyer - Financial Advisor:</strong></div><ul> <li>How long with NM? Since April 2021.</li> <li>Prior Experience? Worked in agriculture, helping dairy farmers with herd record management.</li> <li>Passionate About? Spending time with her family, including her two young boys, husband, and enjoying farm life. She loves trail rides, spending summer days on the Mississippi River, staying active with fitness, and reading fiction books.</li> </ul><div><strong>Dusty Jentz - Financial Advisor:</strong></div><ul> <li>How long with NM? Since May 2016, with experience in 4 different offices (Ames, Des Moines, Minneapolis, and Dubuque).</li> <li>Prior Experience? Only worked at NM, grew up on a family farm, and was an athlete before transitioning to finance.</li> <li>Passionate About? Married to Carli since 2017 and loves spending time with their son. He enjoys family time, working on the family farm, disc golfing, and following high-level sports, particularly Cowboys football.</li> </ul><div><strong>Jacob Kluesner - Financial Advisor:</strong></div><ul> <li>How long with NM? Interned in August 2016 and became full-time in January 2018.</li> <li>Prior Experience? Extensive engineering experience, including at John Deere, and worked as a finance manager at a car dealership before choosing NM full-time after graduation.</li> <li>Passionate About? Spending time with his family, his significant other and their children, and his two Labs. He enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong>As a Financial Advisor, your primary role will be to engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals. You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Qualifications: </strong>We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others.
