Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p> <p> </p> <h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2> <p><strong>THIS POSITION IS REMOTE </strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for responding to supplier inquiries and providing effective internal / external customer service.</li> <li>Reviews invoices for proper handling, coding, and approvals</li> <li>Researches supplier claims and provides feedback on status and actions needed to resolve issues using multiple systems & other online applications </li> <li>Reconciles statements using v lookup tools.</li> <li>Assists in auditing invoice batches prior to posting.</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. </li> <li>Liaison with multiple property Finance teams on AP issues and opportunities to streamline processes</li> <li>Monitors compliance to key overall AP department performance measures within established guidelines. Offers feedback and implements approved changes to improve processes.</li> <li>Maintains strong supplier relationship for assigned areas and vendors.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li> <li>Performs duties with a general understanding of SOX controls</li> </ul> <h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2> <ul> <li>Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in Accounting or other related field; or two or more years of experience in an accounting or AP team; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with multi-unit company preferred.</li> <li>Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). </li> <li>Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word). </li> <li>Must have strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li> <li>Must be detail oriented.</li> <li>Must be able to develop and maintain cordial and professional relationships with all levels of the business.</li> </ul> <h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
