The target start date for this position is October 1, 2026. </p><p data-pasted="true"><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/ Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) to join our oncology team, supporting Hematology-Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology. This individual will play a key role in bridging clinical development and commercial functions by providing medical and scientific expertise across the province of Quebec (QC)</p><p>This individual will serve as a trusted scientific resource, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to communicate complex clinical data, support investigator-initiated research, and ensure all interactions are compliant, balanced, and aligned with company strategy. This position will also help shape medical strategy, support Health Canada interactions, and lead scientific training initiatives to drive impactful and ethical medical engagement across the region.</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities: </u></strong></p><p>Key responsibilities may include the following:</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Lead regional medical strategy and KOL engagement planning, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.</li><li>Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to communicate complex scientific and clinical information in an accurate, fair, and balanced manner.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier academic centers, societies, and oncology networks.</li><li>Support French-language medical communications and scientific materials in Quebec.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Quebec sales representative(s) to ensure medical and scientific alignment in the field.</li><li>Act as a liaison with Health Canada and INESSS on relevant medical and scientific matters.</li><li>Plan and participate in advisory board meetings, investigator-initiated studies, and other medical engagement activities.</li><li>Develop and deliver medical education programs and training for internal field teams and external audiences.</li><li>Provide medical and scientific support to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Business Development.</li><li>Monitor and interpret emerging clinical data, therapeutic trends, and competitor activity to inform medical strategy.</li><li>Represent the company at national and international congresses, symposia, and other professional meetings; summarize key insights and report field intelligence.</li><li>Ensure all communications and interactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.</li><li>Contribute to scientific publications, abstracts, and presentations.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline (MSc, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology within medical affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.</li><li>Experience supporting clinical studies and investigator-initiated research programs.</li><li>Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and French (bilingual required).</li><li>Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data effectively.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and CRM tools.</li><li>Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Conditions:</u></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Remote-based position within Quebec.</li><li>Fluency in both English and French are required.</li><li>Provincial in-person travel is required, with occasional national and international travel.</li><li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk. </li><li>Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company travel policy requirements.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:.5in;"><br></p><p style="margin-left:.5in;"><br></p></div></div></div>
