Let’s build it together.</p><p dir="auto"></p><p dir="auto"><strong>About The Role</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">This position is for a Senior Product Manager position</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><strong>What do we need?</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Product leader with 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years driving product management in fast-paced scale-ups and startups.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">A background in HRMS is preferred but not required.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Strong operational &amp; negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.</p></li></ul>
