<p><strong>This job is with our partner Micro1</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><p>Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)</p></li><li><p>Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps</p></li><li><p>Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning</p></li><li><p>Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility</p></li><li><p>Share structured feedback that improves future task design</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p><ol><li><p>3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering</p></li><li><p>Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)</p></li><li><p>Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)</p></li><li><p>Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)</p></li><li><p>Advanced Linux and Git</p></li><li><p>Professional English, written and spoken</p></li><li><p>Availability of at least 20 hours per week</p></li></ol><p></p><p> </p><p> </p>
