For more information, visit QXO.com. </p> <h2>What you will do:</h2> <ul> <li>Provide unique and elevated customer experience in support of QXO's sales efforts by collaborating with the branch manager and outside sales representatives to continuously improve the service offering </li> <li>Manage the end-to-end order management process by tracking orders checking stock availability suggesting complementary products and collecting customer feedback</li> <li>Operate as the primary point of contact for key customers during issue resolution through calls and emails </li> <li>Partner with outside sales representatives to develop strategies to become the number one roofing distributor by maintaining a strong working relationship with key customers</li> <li>Engage in independent discussions with manufacturers to track and learn about products to educate customers</li> <li>Make strategic recommendations to customers to drive private label products and digital (QXO PRO+) penetration</li> <li>Resolve day-to-day issues quickly, efficiently, and safely</li> </ul> <h2>What you will bring:</h2> <ul> <li>Minimum 4+ years of relevant Sales or Customer Service experience</li> <li>Industry knowledge in residential roofing or commercial roofing materials is a plus</li> <li>Diligent organizational habits with a detail-oriented focus on producing high-quality deliverables</li> <li>Problem-solving acumen with an ability to see through complexity and exercise sound judgment with strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficient skill with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Professional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across all levels</li> <li>Moderate travel up to 25% as needed for business purposes</li> <li>Work assignments may be completed remotely and/or in available company offices</li> </ul> <h2>What you will earn:</h2> <ul> <li><p>Other Types of Pay: Bonus </p></li> <li><p>Retirement Benefits: 401k eligible with employer match </p></li> <li><p>Health Insurance: Medical insurance, prescription drug coverage, vision and dental benefits, as well as life and disability insurance.</p></li> <li><p>Paid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave: Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service. </p></li> <li><p>Paid Holidays: The company recognizes 8 paid holidays and three floating holidays per year. </p></li> <li><p>Parental Leave </p></li> <li><p>Annual safety shoe allowance </p></li> <li><p>Paid training and certifications </p></li> <li><p>Legal assistance and identity protection </p></li> <li><p>Pet insurance </p></li> <li><p>Employee assistance program (EAP) </p></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></strong><em> We value diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender or sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.</em> </p> <p> </p> <p>To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
