This role works across sales, media, support, analytics, product, and leadership teams to help customers improve performance, solve problems, and expand their partnership with Realtor.com. <strong><em>This is a Remote-based position, with the selected candidate able to sit anywhere in the US.</em></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Success in This Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet or exceed annual revenue, retention, and growth goals across assigned accounts.</li> <li>Build durable executive and day-to-day customer relationships that position Realtor.com as a strategic partner.</li> <li>Deliver polished, insight-driven business reviews and recommendations that lead to measurable customer action.</li> <li>Keep complex accounts organized and moving by balancing strategy, communication, and operational follow-through.</li> <li>Help customers adopt new products and programs that expand value for both the builder and Realtor.com</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and grow a portfolio of national homebuilder relationships, leading recurring corporate and division-level business reviews focused on performance, pricing, media, and content quality.</li> <li>Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a strategic partner who understands each builder’s business goals, organizational structure, market challenges, and growth priorities.</li> <li>Translate performance data into clear recommendations that improve lead volume, click-through rate, listing quality, and competitive position.</li> <li>Present Realtor.com products, programs, and opportunities in a way that helps customers make smart decisions around media, content, lead generation, and emerging solutions.</li> <li>Identify expansion opportunities including incremental budgets, new divisions, product pilots, renewals, and longer-term strategic commitments.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional execution with Builder Support, Media, Sales Builder, Analytics, Product, and Operations to launch programs, solve customer issues, and keep accounts moving forward.</li> <li>Manage operational follow-through across recaps, change orders, tracker updates, feed issues, listing quality fixes, cancellations, and customer communications.</li> <li>Help customers navigate digital marketing best practices including creative strategy, landing pages, evergreen email content, promotion strategy, and audience targeting.</li> <li>Represent the voice of the customer internally by surfacing product feedback, market shifts, reporting needs, and operational pain points to the right internal teams.</li> <li>Contribute to broader New Homes team initiatives, leadership planning, and strategic programs that support category growth.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of related experience</li> <li>Proven success in account management, sales, or business development with complex or multi-location customers.</li> <li>Experience managing national, enterprise, or large regional accounts with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.</li> <li>Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite contacts.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into business recommendations and customer-facing stories.</li> <li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve customer issues and move work through internal teams.</li> <li>Strong organization and prompt follow-through, with the ability to manage many moving pieces across a large account portfolio.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment and managing customer relationships across markets.</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed.</li> <li>Experience in new homes, real estate, homebuilder marketing, digital media, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, preparation, communication quality, or account strategy is a plus.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree, preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How We Reward You:</strong></p> <p>Realtor.com is committed to investing in the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families.
