In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients scheduling important medical imaging appointments, providing a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience from start to finish.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys balancing accuracy, empathy, and productivity while working from home.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>As part of our scheduling team, you will:</p><ul><li>Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently</li><li>Make outbound calls when follow-up is required</li><li>Respond to patient inquiries via email</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments</li><li>Verify and update patient information accurately</li><li>Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams</li><li>Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately</li><li>Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract &amp; Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$5.50 USD per hour</strong></li><li>Paid weekly in arrears</li><li>Independent contractor position</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Weekends off</li><li>Shifts scheduled between <strong>7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Training</strong></p><p>Your onboarding includes:</p><ul><li>Two weeks of paid product training</li><li>One week of nesting with coaching support</li><li>Transition into production immediately after nesting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Equipment &amp; Technical Requirements</strong></p><p>A company laptop will be shipped to successful candidates.
