Our mission is to empower growth, innovation, and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities.</p><p>We are currently hiring a Motion Designer for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.</p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Create motion graphics and animated content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging visual storytelling.</li><li>Develop dynamic assets for campaigns, social media, and digital products that align with brand identity and tone.</li><li>Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and tools to keep the brand’s motion identity fresh and innovative.</li><li>Design and animate content for social media, digital ads, and video campaigns.</li><li>Create motion graphics for product explainers, event videos, and promotional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts.</li><li>Edit and enhance video content with smooth transitions, text animations, and visual effects.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video outputs.</li><li>Optimize animations for multiple formats including web, mobile, and social media.</li><li>Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.</li></ul> <p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field (required).</li></ul><p>Experience &amp; Knowledge:</p><ul><li>1–3 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.</li><li>Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual rhythm.</li><li>Experience with animated typography, infographics, and explainer videos.</li><li>Knowledge of sound design integration for motion graphics.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma or other digital collaboration tools.</li><li>Understanding of video formats, compression, and export settings for various platforms.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.</li></ul> <ul><li>Remote opportunity within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Social and medical insurance</li></ul>
