<p>In every group of friends, there’s that <em>one</em> person who takes care of planning everything; from last minute brunches, to surprise birthday parties, to that one time you rented a giant house for Coachella. We know detailed planners like you make the world go round -- and we’d love for you to help us make all facets of our business and personal lives run more smoothly.</p><p>You will be working directly with us, Sam and Colby. We are mostly known for our content on YouTube: (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/@samandcolby">https://www.youtube.com/@samandcolby</a>) though we have countless projects that are being worked on at the same time (some public-facing and some behind-the-scenes). We are looking for an executive assistant with god-like organizational skills to help us as we grow.</p><p>This will be a long-term position with many possibilities for growth.</p><p>**Please note that you MUST be able to work within Pacific Time Zone hours.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Planning travel, accommodations, and logistics for all shoots and business/personal events</p></li><li><p>Managing S&C’s schedules and calendars</p></li><li><p>Organize and prepare materials for important meetings</p></li><li><p>Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with other team members to ensure meeting agendas and outcomes align with goals</p></li><li><p>Overseeing shoot schedules and timelines</p></li><li><p>Assist in pre-production tasks for shoots (booking talent, secure location, put together executive briefs, etc)</p></li><li><p>Assist with S&C’s personal tasks such as running errands or managing personal appointments</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in project management and planning</p></li><li><p>Impeccable communication, organization, and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Passion for YouTube and the creator ecosystem</p></li><li><p>You find working on complex projects fun, not a chore</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>$2,000-$3,000 per month, based on experience</p></li></ul>
