This role partners with hiring leaders, clients, and delivery teams to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across technology, product, design, and business functions.</p><p>This is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, supporting hiring processes, and delivering a high-touch candidate and client experience. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting in consulting, technology, and professional services environments and understands how to balance speed, quality, and alignment with organizational needs.</p><p>This is a remote, fractional opportunity offering up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on internal hiring priorities and Servant Talent client demand.</p>Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake through onboarding.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs, team structure, and role requirements.</li><li>Develop recruiting strategies and sourcing plans aligned to hiring goals.</li><li>Create and optimize job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.</li><li>Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates.</li><li>Coordinate candidate communication, interview processes, feedback loops, and offer execution.</li><li>Support offer negotiations, compensation alignment, and closing strategies.</li><li>Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Professional Recruiting<ul><li>Recruit across technical and professional disciplines including:</li><ul><li>Artificial Intelligence / AI Transformation</li><li>Data Engineering &amp; Analytics</li><li>Software Engineering</li><li>Product Management</li><li>Product Design &amp; UX Research</li><li>Digital Transformation Consulting</li><li>Technical Leadership</li></ul><li>Support contractor, consultant, and full-time hiring needs.</li><li>Partner with technical leaders to understand specialized skill requirements and evaluate talent markets.</li><li>Leverage recruiting expertise to identify passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.</li></ul>Servant Talent Client Recruiting &amp; Consulting<ul><li>Serve as a recruiting partner to Servant Talent clients, providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Conduct intake conversations to define role expectations, candidate profiles, compensation considerations, and market availability.</li><li>Provide talent market insights and recruiting recommendations.</li><li>Manage client communication, candidate updates, and recruiting milestones.</li><li>Build trust through responsive communication, transparency, and strong execution.</li></ul>Sourcing &amp; Talent Networks<ul><li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines through:</li><ul><li>LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools</li><li>Professional networks</li><li>Technology communities</li><li>Faith-based professional networks</li><li>Existing talent communities</li><li>Referral networks</li></ul><li>Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche and specialized roles.</li><li>Maintain strong candidate relationships for future hiring needs.</li></ul>Contractor, Agency &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Support contractor recruiting and consultant placement efforts.</li><li>Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and external talent partners as needed.</li><li>Evaluate external recruiting support and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and hiring goals.</li><li>Support rate governance, compensation benchmarking, and market alignment for contract talent.</li><li>Maintain awareness of talent market trends, availability, and competitive compensation.</li></ul>Recruiting Operations &amp; Systems<ul><li>Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity within Workable ATS.</li><li>Ensure recruiting processes, documentation, and workflows are followed consistently.</li><li>Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.</li><li>Utilize AI tools and emerging recruiting technology to improve sourcing, communication, and efficiency.</li></ul> Required<ul><li>5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within technology, consulting, staffing, or professional services.</li><li>Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.</li><li>Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.</li><li>Experience recruiting technical and specialized talent.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong consultative approach with the ability to partner with executives, hiring managers, and clients.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience recruiting within consulting or digital transformation organizations.</li><li>Experience hiring AI, data, engineering, product, design, and research talent.</li><li>Executive search experience.</li><li>Experience with contractor and consultant recruiting.</li><li>Experience supporting nearshore hiring, including LATAM talent markets.</li><li>Experience with Workable or similar ATS platforms.</li><li>Experience with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation.</li><li>Experience managing recruiting agencies or talent vendors.</li><li>Established technology or faith-based professional networks.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude to improve recruiting workflows.</li></ul>
