Own a SMB & Mid-Market Account Portfolio.<br>We’re looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Sinch team,<br>supporting our Small and Mid-Market customer segments.<br>This isn’t a high-volume cold calling role. You’ll own and grow a defined portfolio of SMB<br>& Mid-Market customers, focusing on long-term partnerships, consultative selling,<br>customer retention, and account expansion. If you enjoy owning customer relationships,<br>uncovering business needs, developing strategic account plans, and helping customers<br>get more value from their communication strategy, this is a great fit.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br>Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market accounts<br>Act as a trusted advisor — understand customer needs, business objectives, and<br>communication strategies and align solutions to their goals<br>Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the SMB & Mid-<br>Market customer base.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br> Identify opportunities to expand customer usage, introduce new use cases,<br>and increase product adoption<br> Own customer retention and renewal efforts, proactively identifying risks<br>and developing strategies to protect recurring revenue<br> Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings to demonstrate<br>value, understand evolving needs, and identify growth opportunities<br> Develop strategic account plans and maintain accurate account information,<br>opportunity management, and forecasting in CRM<br> Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product,<br>and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience<br>WHAT YOU BRING<br> Experience in account management, customer success, SaaS sales, or a<br>related customer-facing role<br> Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills<br> Ability to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers<br> Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business and<br>revenue opportunities<br> Comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and sales opportunities<br>independently<br> Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer objectives<br>and communicate the value of technology solutions<br><br>REQUIREMENTS<br><br> A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an<br>advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.<br> Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<br> Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans<br>and identify customer growth opportunities.<br> Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.<br> Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships while achieving<br>revenue, retention, and expansion goals.<br> Experience with SaaS, technology, messaging, communications, marketing<br>technology, or a related industry.<br>PREFERRED REQIREMENTS:<br> Experience selling SaaS or communication technology solutions to SMB and<br>Mid-Market customers<br> Experience with SMS, business messaging, email marketing, or customer<br>engagement solutions<br> Experience managing recurring revenue, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and<br>expansion opportunities<br>If you’re an account management professional who thrives on relationships,<br>consultative selling, and growing customer partnerships — not just transactions —<br>we’d love to connect.<br>This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations<br>for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO;<br>Seattle, WA<br><br>OUR HIRING PROCESS<br><br>We are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent,<br>and inclusive. The annual starting base salary for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. Factors<br>that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills,<br>education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is<br>eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission<br>opportunity equal to 45% of annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable<br>commission plan.<br><br>This role will be accepting applications until August 18, 2026 at a minimum.
