These values are our<br>foundation!<br><br>Description<br><br>As a Senior Account Manager at Sinch, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a<br>portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be expanding customer investment<br>through increased product adoption through cross-sell opportunities while uncovering new ways to help<br>customers achieve their business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will build executive relationships,<br>identify growth opportunities, and position Sinch's portfolio to deliver measurable business value and<br>long-term success.<br><br>You will develop and execute strategic account growth plans designed to maximize wallet share and<br>increase customer lifetime value. By uncovering whitespace opportunities, aligning Sinch's solutions to<br>evolving customer needs, and collaborating across internal teams, you will deliver impactful solutions<br>that drive revenue growth while strengthening long-term customer partnerships.<br>This is an opportunity for a highly driven, commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-<br>paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is energized by growing existing<br>customer relationships, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and turning strategic opportunities into<br>measurable business results.<br><br>Core Competencies:<br>• Account Growth & Expansion, Demonstrates the ability to consistently grow existing customer<br>revenue by expanding product adoption, identifying whitespace opportunities, and increasing<br>wallet share across the Sinch portfolio. Develops and executes strategic account growth plans<br>that align customer business objectives with Sinch solutions, driving cross-sell to deliver long-<br>term revenue growth.<br>• Opportunity & Pipeline Management, Identifying, organizing, and managing sales opportunities<br>throughout the pipeline to prioritize efforts, forecast revenue accurately, and maintain a healthy<br>pipeline. Focuses on maximizing growth opportunities, driving pipeline progression, and<br>consistently delivering revenue objectives.<br>• Value Proposition, effectively communicates the value of Sinch's solutions by aligning<br>capabilities to customer business objectives, articulating measurable outcomes, and securing<br>stakeholder buy-in through compelling business value.<br>• Prospecting Effectiveness, proactively identifies, engages, and develops new opportunities<br>within existing accounts and targeted prospects using a variety of sales strategies and tools.<br>Leverages referrals, strategic outreach, social selling, and customer insights to build pipeline and<br>accelerate growth.<br>• Negotiation Skills, leads commercial negotiations that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes by<br>balancing customer objectives with business goals. Demonstrates strong commercial acumen,<br>manages objections effectively, and drives agreements that maximize long-term value.<br>• Market & Vertical Intelligence, Maintains a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive<br>dynamics, customer challenges, and market opportunities. Appling this knowledge to identify<br>growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and position Sinch solutions strategically.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>• A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience.<br>• Experience in enterprise-level direct sales in the technology sector.<br>• Proven track record of consistently growing existing books of business through strategic account<br>expansion, increased product adoption, and revenue growth.<br>• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.<br>• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<br><br>OUR HIRING PROCESS<br>We are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent, and inclusive. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission opportunity equal to 45% of annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.<br><br>This role will be accepting applications until September 1, 2026 at a minimum.
