<p></p>About the Role<p>We’re looking for an experienced Collections Officer who can confidently follow up on overdue accounts and work with US-based customers.</p><p>You should be persistent and firm without being aggressive, with strong English communication and follow-through.</p><p></p>What You'll Do<ul><li>Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding payments.</li><li>Handle customer objections and payment delays professionally.</li><li>Follow up consistently on payment commitments.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and next steps.</li><li>Work toward daily and weekly collections targets and KPIs.</li></ul><p></p><p> </p> <p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Proven collections experience is required.</li><li>Experience handling US customers/accounts is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong spoken and written English.</li><li>Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.</li><li>Clear, direct, and concise communicator.</li><li>Firm, persistent, and professional.</li><li>Strong follow-through and accountability.</li><li>Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.</li></ul><p></p><p> </p> <p>We offer:</p><ul><li>CAD $4,000/month gross, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated collections expertise</li><li>Fully remote</li></ul>
