<p>Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000 per month</p><p>Role: (Remote / Full-Time)</p><p>Locations: Metro Manila, Central Visayas, Davao Region</p><p>Schedule: US Central Time</p><p></p><p>We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist our locator clients using our software platform.</p><p>This role provides multi-channel customer support through calls, email, and chat. You will guide clients on how to use the platform, answer questions, and help resolve issues.</p><p>Because you will be supporting English-speaking clients, excellent spoken and written English is required.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide customer support through calls, email, and chat </li><li> Assist locator clients in navigating our platform </li><li> Explain features and guide users step-by-step </li><li> Troubleshoot common issues and provide solutions </li><li> Escalate complex cases when necessary </li><li> Maintain clear, professional communication with clients</li></ul> <ul><li>At least 2 years of BPO or customer support experience</li><li>Experience handling voice and non-voice support </li><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) </li><li>Comfortable learning and using software applications </li><li>Reliable internet connection and home workspace </li><li>Available to work US Central Time hours</li></ul><p>Please apply only if the salary range of PHP 30,000 – 35,000 aligns with your expectations.</p> <ul><li>100% remote / home-based work </li><li>Monthly salary: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 </li><li>Collaborative and supportive team</li></ul>
