We combine structural and sheet metal fabrication expertise with purpose-built electrical assembly to deliver pre-engineered power infrastructure for industrial, oil &amp; gas, water/wastewater, and utility markets.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><p>· Competitive Pay based on experience</p><p>· Health, Dental, Vision, Pet, and life insurance</p><p>· Short term and long-term disability</p><p>· 401k with company match</p><p>· PTO, Flex time, and paid holidays</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards (UL, CSA, IEC, NEC, IEEE, and related requirements).</li><li>Lead product certification activities with third-party agencies, including testing, documentation, and issue resolution.</li><li>Review electrical and mechanical designs to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions early in the development process.</li><li>Develop and execute compliance test plans, coordinating internal validation and external certification testing.</li><li>Interpret evolving regulatory standards and communicate impacts to engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams.</li><li>Maintain compliance documentation, certification records, declarations of conformity, and technical files throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Support manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams by evaluating engineering changes and ensuring continued regulatory compliance.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely product launches while minimizing certification delays and compliance-related risks.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory engineering, or electrical product certification.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UL, CSA, IEC, NEC, IEEE, and other applicable electrical safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Experience working directly with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) such as UL, Intertek (ETL), or CSA.</li><li>Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.</li><li>Excellent communication, technical writing, and project management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience with critical power equipment such as switchgear, switchboards, UPS systems, PDUs, RPPs, or related electrical distribution products preferred.</li></ul>
