In this role, you'll champion agile practices and help drive collaboration across teams to deliver outstanding results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love empowering teams to do their best work, we want to hear from you!</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</li> <li>Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies</li> <li>Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and sprint delivery</li> <li>Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress to stakeholders</li> <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration</li> <li>Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of sprint goals</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting</li> <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred</li> <li>Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills</li> <li>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations</li> <li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>Soccer Shots serves Morris County, Central NJ, Ocean County, and Southern NJ, bringing top-quality youth soccer programming to communities across the region.
